Shipping Locations  

We currently offer delivery services to all serviceable PIN codes across India. At present, we do not provide international shipping.  

Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date your order is confirmed.  

Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email containing the relevant order details will be sent to you.  

Delivery Timeline  

Our standard delivery timeframe is typically between 3–8 business days, allowing your fashion purchases to reach you as quickly as possible.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect shipping address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request that the order be delivered again.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide clear photographic evidence.  

If a shipment is lost while in transit, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund after completing verification with the respective courier partner.
